Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before using the TaskMagnets website (the "Service") operated by TaskMagnets ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1.1. Account Creation: To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information.

1.2. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use TaskMagnets. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service and agree to these Terms.

1.3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

1.4. Single Account Policy: Each user is permitted to maintain only one active TaskMagnets account. The use of the same device, IP address, or any other identifying information for multiple accounts may lead to the immediate restriction, suspension, or permanent deletion of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any accumulated earnings. This policy is in place to ensure fair access and prevent fraudulent activity.

2.1. Permitted Use: TaskMagnets provides a platform where users can complete various tasks ("Tasks") to earn rewards. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Malicious Conduct: Transmitting any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.

Spamming: Sending unsolicited communications, advertisements, or junk mail to other users or through the platform.

Interference: Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein.

Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any software or other intellectual property used to provide the Service.

Illegal Activities: Using the Service for any illegal activity or to violate any local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation.

Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Service, or any other systems or networks connected to the Service.

Violation of any of these prohibited activities will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all accumulated earnings, and potential legal action.

3.1. Earning Rewards: Rewards are earned by completing Tasks as specified on the platform. The value of tasks and the methods of earning may vary and are subject to change at our sole discretion.

3.2. Withdrawals: You may request to withdraw your accumulated earnings once you meet the minimum withdrawal threshold, as specified on the platform. Withdrawal methods (e.g., JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer) are subject to availability and may have associated fees.

3.3. Payment Processing: We will endeavor to process withdrawal requests in a timely manner. However, payment processing times may vary due to external payment partners or internal verification procedures. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

3.4. Forfeiture of Earnings: Any earnings accumulated through fraudulent means, violation of these Terms, or manipulation of the Service will be forfeited upon detection, and the associated account(s) will be terminated.

4.1. Ownership: The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TaskMagnets and its licensors.

4.2. Trademarks: Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TaskMagnets.

4.3. User-Generated Content: If the Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"), you are solely responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Service. By posting User Content, you grant TaskMagnets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. TaskMagnets makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

In no event shall TaskMagnets, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TaskMagnets and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to initiate account deletion. Upon termination, all accumulated earnings may be forfeited if the termination is due to a breach of these Terms.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by TaskMagnets. TaskMagnets has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that TaskMagnets shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

10.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by mutual negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Uch Sharif, Punjab, Pakistan.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
